Anton Goosen live at The Pub

The Afrikaans legend and Liedjie Boer, Anton Goosen, will be performing a one night only performance at The Pub in Nelspruit. Anton whose 3-decade career is regarded as the father of Afrikaans rock music. He has seen many songs become almost folk songs like “Waterblommetjies”, “Trompie”, “Boy van die Suburbs” and many more. In 2009 he received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the SAMA and in 2013 he was awarded for his contribution to Afrikaans music by Innibos Nasionale Kunste Fees. He will be joined on stage by Illimar Neitz on guitar
