Da Culture Vulture Music Festival did not disappoint this year! From the moment the gates opened, the sun was shining and Da Loose Mongoose near Plaston was buzzing with good music, food and people! 7 bands entertained the crowd from midday to late in the evening.
The stage was set up under the beautiful trees showing off the Lowveld at its best!! Da Culture Vulture Festival had a lot of different bands ranging from a solo act of Eksteen Jacobz, to a new younger band named Solid Ground, to older bands playing the good old rock classics that is Catharsis and Voodoo Kudu, to guests from Johannesburg who rocked the socks off the crowd in the likes of Burglars Dog and lastly to a reggae band who sure did bring culture to Da Culture Vulture Music Festival the Zion Ruts Family.

It was a very special day as all different bands playing different music celebrated Heritage Day and supported one another! Nelspruit has definitely got a lot of talent and should be proud to have a variety of musicians showcasing their individual talents.

The festival was well attended with people of all different ages. While the kids jumped on the jumping castles, the parents had a good time listening to music with an ice-cold drink in their hands! Da Culture Vulture Music Festival 2018 was an overall fantastic event and hopefully next year it will be even more of a success!
